Steepest Ascent win place at Mobile World Congress 2010, Barcelona
Steepest Ascent has successfully won one of two places on the UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) stand at the Mobile World Congress 2010, Barcelona.
The competition was organised by the DC-KTN and Cambridge Wireless. The final was held in Cambridge on the 21st of October where each of the 10 finalist companies give a 3-minute “Dragon’s Den” style pitch on why their company should be chosen to showcase their products at MWC 2010. Iain Stirling of Steepest Ascent provided an overview of Steepest Ascent's advanced Signal Processing and Communications capabilities and in particular Steepest Ascent's extensive portfolio of Wireless Communications simulation libraries.
The judging panel consisted of Ed Candy, Hutchison Europe, Martin Ballard, Mobile Data Association, John Davies, UKTI and Mike Midgen, Sony Ericsson.
Steepest Ascent looks forward to attending the MWC 2010 and showcasing its capabilities.
